The specific purpose for which the organization was formed is to expand housing opportunities. Professional housing resources to low to moderate income families in the State of Texas. To assist individuals to homeownership to obtain affordable housing through homebuyer’s education and counseling. Eventually providing decent, safe and affordable housing and related activities. New Vision Housing Alliance consults with small and emerging organizations with creation implementation and development of moderate home ownership.

Company History

The Corporation was founded in 2003

its official name is New Vision Housing

Alliance Counsel for Homeownership Opportunities Corporation. It is a non

profit 501 c 3 organization.

New Vision Housing Alliance, found

by a concerned professional whose work

in the housing industry since 1985 has

ignited a unique capacity to advocate

for potential homeowners. New Vision

Housing Alliance founder have coun-

seled many first-time buyers to home-

ownership and an array of various

housing counseling services.

Knowledge of the Real Estate and

mortgage industry over the years led to implementing affordable homeownership education and counseling initivites.
